Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff in Houston is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Intensive Care (CVICU) unit. This 13-week assignment requires 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity hospital setting.

Applicants must have a Texas RN license, ACLS/BLS, NIHSS, and CRRT training, with a minimum of 2 years CVICU/ICU experience. EPIC charting is used and flexibility with scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas is required.
• ACLS and BLS Certification are required; NIHSS certification also listed.
• Must have CRRT training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CVICU or ICU settings.

Responsibilities

• Open to floating among units in a busy, high-acuity CVICU.
• Titrate drips and manage critical therapies.
• Follow unit policies; flexible scheduling and self-scheduling not available.
• Every other weekend shifts are required; orientation with preceptors.
