Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse for a night shift travel assignment in Texas. This 13-week contract requires working 3x12 hour nights (19:00 - 07:00) with a total of 36 hours per week, in a fast-paced ICU setting.

You will deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has CVICU experience, an active RN license (state or compact), and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of CVICU nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state or compact state required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and manage ventilator settings.
• Provide care for patients on ECMO and IABP.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
