Baylor Scott & White Health Round Rock CVICU is hiring a Registered Nurse to care for CVICU and ICU patients in a 26-bed unit with high acuity cases. This full-time night shift offers a sign-on bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• CVICU RN with at least 1 year experience; 2 years preferred.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN license and BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Care for CVICU and ICU patients on a 26-bed mixed acuity unit.
• Maintain auditable patient ratios (1:1 high acuity, 1:2 general ICU, 1:3 IMC).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care.
