Asante is seeking a Patient Care Services Supervisor for the CVICU in Medford, OR to oversee daily patient care and coordinate a designated clinical program. You will lead nursing staff, ensure adherence to quality standards, and partner with leadership on goals, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.

The role requires a BSN or related field, 2 years of progressive nursing experience, and active RN license in Oregon, along with BLS; ACLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• BSN or related field preferred.
• RN license in Oregon required upon start.
• BLS certification required upon start.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily patient care in the CVICU and coordinate the clinical program.
• Ensure care meets quality standards in a cost-efficient manner.
• Lead performance improvement and data collection activities.
• Educate patients and the community; assist with organizational change.
