Job summary

MultiCare Health System's Pulse Heart Institute in Puyallup, WA seeks a staff RN for the CVICU on nights. This full-time .9 FTE role offers 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, with opportunities to work in a world-class cardiovascular program.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Washington, BLS; BSN preferred, ACLS/PALS/NALS or TNCC/NRP certifications as required, and at least one year of acute care experience. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington state or MLS endorsed.
• BSN preferred; BLS and relevant advanced certifications required or as per department.
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC or NRP certifications as required by the facility.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• You will utilize the nursing process per hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse patient backgrounds.
