Job summary

HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse for the CVICU on a PRN basis. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a high-acuity environment and collaborate with a dedicated team to support patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing critically ill patients, educating families, maintaining records, and administering medications per orders. Florida RN license required (or compact with license within 60 days). BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse license or compact licensure with FL RN license within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and exam results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
