Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in clinical nursing required.
• RN licensure in state or compact required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately, reporting changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects; document administration.
• Assist physicians during procedures within the scope of competency.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform CPR and code team activities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care; ensure understanding.
