Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night-shift assignment in Tucson, AZ. The role requires caring for high-acuity cardiovascular and ICU patients, including ventilated and vasoactive cases.

You will float to MICU/PCU as needed and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ICU/CVICU, BLS and ACLS certifications, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU/CVICU experience.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity critical-care environment.
• Flexibility to float to other critical-care units as needed.
• 36 hours per week.
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill CVICU patients.
• Monitor hemodynamics and ventilator support for high-acuity cases.
• Collaborate with intensivists, cardiologists, surgeons, and therapists.
• Administer medications and interventions per protocol.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and outcomes.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
