Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Vapor Deposition Engineer to join our TRIOS pilot line in Orangeville, Utah. You will own the CVD coater performance, drive process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize production and yields.

The role requires direct CVD experience, a strong engineering background, and the ability to mentor other engineers while ensuring safety and quality in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with chemical vapor deposition (CVD) in a production or pilot line.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Proven track record of engineering excellence and leadership in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize fluidized bed and CVD coater performance and cost.
• Refine operating, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Lead RCCA investigations for coating defects and deposition variability.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
