Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a CVD Equipment Maintenance Tech in Chandler, AZ. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AMAT and related toolsets, including Centura 5200, P5000, Producer, Rigaku XRF 3650, and Edwards Abatement systems.

Key duties include troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical subsystems, interpreting data, and executing action plans to keep high-volume manufacturing equipment reliable. Safety, documentation, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience on CVD tools is required.
• Solid understanding of SPC, 5S and FDC systems.
• Ability to follow safety protocols when handling hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Chandler Fab CVD area.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic and mechanical subsystems.
• Read operational data, diagnose alarms, and implement corrective action.
• Document activities and potentially train others.
