Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks an engineer to start up, maintain and optimize semiconductor processing equipment in a 300mm wafer fab. You will diagnose issues with FDC/SPC, coordinate yield improvements and cost reductions, and manage equipment upgrades and maintenance programs.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 12 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Working in a cleanroom environment
• Working with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Identifying root causes of performance issues and implementing preventative actions to reduce or eliminate equipment failures
• Semiconductor fabrication methods, robotics, and vacuum systems

Responsabilidades

• Start up, maintain and optimize equipment to improve product quality and reliability
• Resolve manufacturing line problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, KT, FDC and/or SPC methodologies
• Coordinate evaluations and yield improvement and cost reduction activities
• Oversee installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Maintain records on equipment manufacturers' notices, upgrades and safety issues
• Set up equipment parameters and maintenance plans for semiconductor processing equipment
