Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree or equivalent semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience with CMP equipment and high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize CMP equipment for high-volume production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using structured problem-solving methods (8D, FMEA, SPC).
• Support tool installations, qualifications, upgrades, and process integration activities.
• Drive uptime, reliability, throughput, and yield improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to share best practices.
