City of Grapevine promotes and markets its meeting facilities, hotels, festivals and events, attractions, restaurants and retail to potential users. The role implements marketing and sales plans, conducts tele-sales, and exhibits at trade shows to attract regional and national clients.
The candidate will develop sales missions, maintain records in CRM, and prepare lead reports while collaborating with hotel staff.
Promotes and markets City of Grapevine, its meeting facilities, hotels, festivals and events, attractions, restaurants and retail to potential users.
Requires a high school degree plus four years of customer service and three years of sales and marketing experience in hotels, convention centers, convention and visitor bureaus or associations, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Flexibility and overnight travel required.
Must pass a credit check and Federal/National criminal background check. Must have a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record as defined by City policy.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
