Job summary

Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist for the Cardiac Cath Lab. Under direct physician supervision, you will assist during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures and participate in image acquisition and patient care at the bedside.

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• One year experience in special procedure radiology or cardiac catheterization.
• Required licenses/certifications: CRT, CRT Fluoroscopy Permit, ARRT, and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assist during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures (angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements, ASD/PFO closures, Watchman, TAVR and related procedures).
• Assist in training and oversight of students when applicable.
• Use Cardiac PACS and monitoring equipment to ensure high-quality imaging.
• Position and prep patients, operate equipment, and maintain safety and sterile procedures.
• Be available for on-call coverage for emergency cardiovascular cases.
