Qualifications

• Experience operating a cutting press is preferred.
• Experience with Bobst die cutting equipment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in folding carton, commercial printing, or packaging production is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow job jacket instructions.
• Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills; able to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate die cutting equipment while maintaining production efficiency and quality.
• Load dies weighing 150 pounds with safety procedures and teamwork as needed.
• Operate the die cutting press safely and efficiently.
• Inspect random sheets to confirm customer specifications and quality.
• Identify and tag defective materials and make press adjustments as needed.
• Remove completed loads using an electric hand truck and maintain clean workspace.
• Follow all job jacket instructions and record production data.
