to customer specifications and production schedules. This role requires

a strong understanding of the paper die-cutting processes, attention to

2:30pm-10:30pm, Mon - Fri 3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am, Sun - Thurs.

WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

Reads order jacket to determine specifications of order to be cut. Set up die-cutting machines, including loading dies, adjusting pressure and speed, and ensuring proper alignment on a wide variety of equipment in Manufacturing.

Operate the machines safely and efficiently to cut paper stock according to job specifications. Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues. Performs minor maintenance tasks on machinery. Completes paperwork at the end of tasks
