Job summary

Solvita is seeking a Processing Technician to produce grafts from living and cadaveric tissue at our Kettering, OH facility. The role focuses on precision, documentation, and teamwork to ensure the highest standards for transplantation products.

This first shift position offers starting pay of $21.00/hour, with opportunities to work across Traditional, Cellular, CNC, Dental, and Birth Tissue areas and contribute to life-saving medical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work with living and cadaveric tissue/bone with care and precision.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions; report figures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process grafts from living and cadaveric tissue and bone.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Traditional, Cellular, CNC, Dental, and Birth Tissue areas.
• Support adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
