Cutthroat’s is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team in Incline Village. The role supports servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy teamwork. Full-time, hourly position with Hyatt-related benefits and opportunities in hospitality. Training and growth within the restaurant team are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers with delivering food and beverage service to guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and service areas.
• Refill water and replenish table settings; anticipate guest needs.
• Help with food running and delivering items to tables as needed.
• Stock and replenish service stations with silverware, glassware, linens, etc.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and restaurant setup/breakdown.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support leadership and teammates with additional tasks as needed.

The Server Assistant plays an essential role in supporting our restaurant team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This fast-paced position works closely with Servers, Bartenders, and restaurant leadership to provide seamless service and exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist Servers with delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas
• Refill water, replenish table settings, and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience
• Assist with food running and delivering items to tables as needed
• Stock and replenish service stations with silverware, glassware, linens, and other necessary supplies
• Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and kitchen colleagues to ensure timely service
• Support opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup and breakdown
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assist restaurant leadership and fellow colleagues with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks during busy service periods
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to learn and support all aspects of restaurant operations
