From your PASSION to ours

The Cutter is responsible for placing blocks of cheese into an automatic cutter machine. Maintains high quality and cleanliness standards to ensure the cheese is not compromised or contaminated during the process. Observes machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity to plant standards, while managing the operational flow of the line.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities include:

• Lifts and places blocks of cheese on the table lift to be cut.
• Removes cheese that does not meet specifications and places it in the rework bin.
• Monitors cutter operation for consistent flow of product.
• Interacts with associates to maintain efficient process flow.
• Maintains open communication with line workers and supervisors.
• Performs sanitation duties as assigned.
• Reports problems or concerns to the supervisor.
• Attends departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Follows safety rules and ensures they are implemented.
• Takes necessary actions if unsafe acts or environments are observed.

Requirements
