Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group, including Campbell Fittings, is seeking a motivated Cutoff/Press Setup/Operator for 1st shift in Boyertown, PA. You will set up and operate cutoff machines to accurately cut various metals, using overhead cranes and measuring tools to ensure quality.

Candidates should have 3+ years in manufacturing and machine operator roles, with strong safety and teamwork. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of working in a manufacturing environment required.
• 3+ years of prior machine operator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate one to five hand operated or automated cutoff machines to cut steel, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel pipe and tubing to specified lengths.
• Use overhead crane to bring stock to machines.
• Load magazines on automatic machines.
• Visually inspect material for defects before cutting.
• Use rulers, micrometers, and calipers to check work and adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow PPE rules.
