Equipto, a long-standing American manufacturer, is looking for a 1st Shift Press Brake Operator in Tatamy, PA. This Monday–Friday role offers hands-on work with precision equipment and opportunities for growth within a safety-focused environment.

Join a stable company with over 100 years in business, a culture of internal growth, and a schedule of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. You will set up and operate press brake machines, verify materials and tooling, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Prior press brake or machine operating experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — training is available.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating press brake machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Verifying correct materials, tooling, and programs are used based on work orders.
• Producing quality parts while meeting production and quality standards.
• Performing basic preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and organization of your assigned work area.
• Working collaboratively with team members to support production goals.
