Job summary

City of Hope in Duarte, CA seeks a Cutaneous Oncology Enterprise Leader (Physician) to develop and lead an enterprise-wide program across clinical, research, and educational domains. The leader will align disciplines, expand trials, and standardize care pathways to elevate national standing.

Ideal candidates are renowned physician-scientists with leadership in academia, a strong track record in cutaneous oncology, and a commitment to training faculty and trainees within a matrixed hospital

Qualifications

International reputation as a physician/physician scientist in cutaneous oncology with funded research and publications.
Leadership experience in an academic setting and in nationally recognized programs.
Eligible for Associate to Full Professor rank.
Strong clinical track record and outcomes in cutaneous oncology.
Experience designing quality programs and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise leadership for a national cutaneous oncology program across clinical, research, and education spheres.
Expand clinical trials and translational research across City of Hope enterprise.
Standardize care pathways to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Recruit and develop high-caliber physicians and scientists to build Center of Excellence.
Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, surgery, pathology, and radiation oncology leaders.
