Responsible for coordination of the documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers.
Requirements include a HS Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 6 months work experience and 12 months industry experience preferred. Data entry skills are required, CCS and/or Broker licenses are preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment is required. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work independently, using multiple systems and reference materials. Knowledge of customs regulations and harmonized tariff schedules is preferred. Additional duties may be assigned. Paid training is provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $16.50 - $23.88 per hour
