FedEx Logistics seeks a detail-oriented professional to coordinate the documentation required for US customs entry on behalf of importers. You will provide excellent customer service, classify goods for customs release, and process import-related paperwork across multiple systems, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
The role involves handling high volumes with precision and collaborating with internal teams.
HS Diploma or GED required. No industry experience required. No work experience required.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience using computer systems in a professional, educational, or comparable environment with the ability to perform routine tasks such as data entry, document creation, navigation of standard software applications, and operation of basic office equipment.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Organizational Skills. Inter-personal skills.
Handle high volume of work. Handle time sensitive work. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to use multiple systems and reference material. Interact with internal staff, management of all levels, internal departments.
Shift: Mon - Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM CST
Location: This si a hybrid role; must reside within 50-mile radius of facility.
