Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Customs in Kent, WA. You will lead a team of customs brokers, drive compliant clearance, and develop procedures to ensure timely entries with CBP. The role requires a customs broker license (preferred), a Bachelor’s in a related field, and 5+ years of brokerage experience, including 2 years in leadership.

Base pay is hourly, reflecting market rates for the USA, with benefits and a comprehensive compensation package discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, international business, or supply chain management.
Customs broker license preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or related field.
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant clearance of shipments.
Develop and implement customs compliance procedures; train team on regulations.
Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth clearance.
