Job summary

Flexport is hiring a Customs Specialist to join the core customs team at our Laredo, TX operation. You will work on the front lines with clients, shippers, and government agencies to clear goods across borders using Flexport technology to automate processes.

You will help ensure regulatory compliance, manage critical documentation, and support a fast-growing, data-driven team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

• Sharpen strategic thinking by participating in client business reviews and operational calls, gaining direct exposure to high-level strategy.

As a Customs Specialist, you won't just be starting a job; you'll be starting a career at the heart of international trade. You'll join our core Customs team - a product poised for more than 10x growth in the next five years - and play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. You'll be on the front lines, working with clients, shippers, and government agencies to clear goods across international borders.
