Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. is expanding its Logistics team and seeks a Customs Specialist to manage daily U.S. import/export operations and ensure timely customs clearance. You will review documents, coordinate with brokers and forwarders, and support HTS classification and USMCA qualification.

The role requires 1–3 years of import/export experience, familiarity with U.S. customs procedures, and strong communication and organizational skills within the automotive/manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in U.S. import/export, customs, or international logistics preferred.
• Familiar with U.S. Customs procedures, HTS classification, Incoterms, and import/export documentation.
• Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipment and customs issues.
• Support HTS classification, duty/tariff review, country of origin, and USMCA qualification.
• Assist with customs compliance activities, including Section 232/301, Customs Bond, ACE, and other CBP requirements.
• Support U.S. export documentation and AES/EEI filings.
• Maintain import/export records and support customs compliance and process improvement.
