CRH Talento en IT is seeking a Customs Manager in the Mexico area to lead imports/exports compliance, oversee brokers, and coordinate customs operations. The role is at a customer facility with hybrid work options and requires a strong background in international trade and MX regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in international Trade, 8+ years of experience, fluent Spanish/English, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international Trade or similar.
• 8+ Years of Experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English very fluent.
• Strong understanding of MX customs regulations, international trade laws, and import/export processes.
• Team management experience.
• Experience coordinating custom broker and Customs service providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and time management
• Committed and energetic.
• Adaptable to the needs of the organization.
• On site position at Customer's facilities.
• Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Customs system rollouts and/or maintenance.
• Prior involvement in testing of customs software solutions / Business requirements
• Experience developing data analytics tools to identify process improvement opportunities within large and complex customs datasets.
• Supported the development of Customs metrics based on documentation of proper data safe sources.
• Project management
