You will examine documents, research tariff codes, and coordinate with internal teams to support successful customs processing.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1–3 years in customer service, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to obtain a SIDA badge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in transportation or customs preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Make contact with customers to obtain correct documentation to comply with US Customs regulations.
• Research tariff codes through government websites.
• Process requests for extensions and cancellation of shipments.
• Provide missing information to comply with government regulations.
• Maintain lines of communication with all departments.
