Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Customs Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Houston. The role focuses on developing client-specific procedures, classifying merchandise for HTS/Schedule B and ECCN research, and assisting with post-entry functions such as tariff concessions and duty drawbacks.

Strong communication with importers and internal teams is essential. The position requires 1+ year of trade compliance experience, a Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with customs and brokerage entry processing.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in trade compliance.
• CUSECO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-specific procedures for onboarding and ongoing compliance with Customs requirements.
• Classify merchandise for HTS, Schedule B, and perform ECCN research.
• Assist with post-entry functions including tariff concessions, refunds, duty drawbacks, and credits.
• Communicate complex CBP requirements to importers clearly and accurately.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities with strong time management.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
• Travel domestically up to 10% to client locations.
