Job summary

Hybrd is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations, ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and lead a high-performing team. The role collaborates with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience and a valid Customs Broker License, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred
