Job summary

LeoForce in Chicago, IL is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. This role partners with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver excellent service and operational excellence, mentoring a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience, holds a Customs Broker License, and is proficient with Cargowise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred
