Job summary

Jobot in Chicago, IL is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily broker operations and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.

You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate with compliance, operations and customer-facing groups to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Responsibilities include entry preparation, classification, valuation and duty assessment, plus mentoring staff and optimizing processes with Cargowise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.
