  • At least 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ISF filings, import compliance, HTS classification, and duty assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs laws and CBP regulations; experience with PGA requirements.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

U.S. Customs Brokerage Compliance / Operations Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of U.S. Customs Brokerage operations from ISF filing through final entry processing and import compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all CBP regulations, Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) requirements, and other import regulations.
  • Oversee customs entry processing, data entry, classification, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Research and resolve customs, compliance, and operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support and mentor team members while helping improve operational processes and efficiencies.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in U.S. Customs Brokerage or international trade operations.
  • At least 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with:
  • ISF filings
  • Import compliance
  • HTS classification
  • Duty assessment and valuation
  • CBP regulations and requirements
  • Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs laws and regulations, including 19 CFR.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A positive attitude, sound judgment, strong common sense, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Broker License preferred but not necessary.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
