Chrysalis is seeking an Employment Coach to provide customized employment services for adults and/or juveniles with intellectual disabilities. You will supervise participants, develop employer relationships, and train individuals on job duties within Chrysalis policies.

The role requires English communication, driving eligibility, background check, and the ability to work in stress-filled, safety-sensitive environments. Starting pay is $16.25 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required
• Background check required
• Eligible to drive per Chrysalis policy
• Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English
