Job summary

SIXT in Waikiki is seeking a Customer Vehicle Service Agent to ensure vehicles are clean, rental-ready, and documented for conditions. You will perform basic maintenance checks, inspect for damage, and coordinate with the team to keep the fleet in top condition.

Responsibilities include shuttling cars between locations, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining an organized lot. The role offers an hourly wage and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; 1 year in vehicle service or related field preferred
• Strong verbal communication with customers and coworkers
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage, fuel levels and document findings
• Must be 18+, valid driver's license with clean record, work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to work 40 hours per week, day or evening shifts, outdoors in all weather

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are rental-ready
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, manage service alerts and coordinate maintenance
• Keep the lot organized, tag vehicles for maintenance and move cars to proper locations
• Assist customers with a friendly welcome, answer questions about returns, charges or services
• Shuttle cars between locations, dealerships and car washes to keep fleet ready
