Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Memphis to deliver happiness to customers through hands-on service and vehicle deliveries. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, a focus on safety, and the ability to navigate state licensing needs where applicable.

The right candidate embraces a fast-paced environment and community engagement. Starting pay is $17/hr with opportunities to grow to $19/hr, plus performance-based increases and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Comfort with physical tasks and driving requirements as described in the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana haulers and complete related paperwork.
• Load/unload vehicles and perform basic inspections of the hauler for safe operation.
• Maintain accurate notes in the customer tracking system.
• Keep a clean driving record and comply with Carvana's driver policies.
• Assist with state-notary and license requirements where applicable (where allowed by role).
