As a Manager you lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate members, fostering an atmosphere of trust and encouraging innovation. You are responsible for coaching and developing team members, managing client accounts, and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional work that meets client expectations.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations Management/Research, or Statistics

- 6 years of experience

- Other quantitative fields of study may be considered

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
