Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds in Houston is seeking a Customer Training Intern to help update course materials that educate customers about our products and solutions. You will support instructors by applying updates to training content and preparing data for course use.

The role is suited for current college juniors or seniors, with emphasis on attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Work can be conducted via web or in person up to 6 hours daily in our office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating our training course materials.
• Apply instructor updates to training materials as needed.
• Create data for course use and other duties as assigned.

As a Customer Training Intern, you will assist with updating our course materials designed to help our customers understand and learn about the products and solutions sold by Reynolds and Reynolds.

Your primary duties will consist of helping improve courses by applying instructor updates to training material, creating data for course use and other duties as assigned. Some updates could include changes to text, screen images and making revisions using Madcap Flare – previous experience with this program is not required.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior in college
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Okay with teaching via the Web or in person up to 6 hours/day
• Strong public presence and love of learning
