Job summary

Lockheed Martin in San Diego, CA is seeking a Maintenance Training Representative to deliver on-site training for Navy platforms and systems. You will train personnel at shipyards and bases, coordinating with TYCOM, DESRON, ISEA, RMC and Aegis stakeholders to ensure system understanding.

The role requires extensive travel (CONUS/OCONUS) with up to 50% time away, including an initial 6–7 week training phase in Manassas, VA before settling in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Enlisted Sea/ Submarine experience required.
• Forward deployed experience with APB15 or ACB15 and newer systems.
• Maintenance technician on ACB15/APB15 systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Passport and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• ESWS or SS qualification preferred.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00
