Job summary

BMW of North America is seeking an Intern for Customer Test Coordination (KNT) in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This full-time spring/summer internship supports the US team in coordinating tests, collecting driver feedback, and documenting results in the KNT system.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
• US Work Authorization
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (overall)
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
• Submit an unofficial college transcript with your application
• Prior BMW Group experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the US Team for customer tests and organize drives with pre-released vehicles
• Optimize functional and technical characteristics and the user interface for US customers
• Coordinate usage of vehicles according to the project plan
• Conduct driver interviews and document feedback in the KNT database
• Ensure timely verification of incidents and provide data from drivers
• Prepare and communicate regular status to headquarters in Germany
