Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW)/ESM operations specialist to manage configurations and operate the ESM subsystem during missions. You will collaborate with external intelligence and technical agencies to verify data accuracy and support detailed technical analyses.

The role requires strong data interpretation, technical reporting, and cross-agency coordination. Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and JIRA is preferred for this position in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in EW or ESM system operations.
• Ability to work with technical coding, data protocols, and software configuration management tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret signal data and recognize technical patterns or system anomalies.
• Technical reporting skills and cross-agency coordination capability.
• 5+ years of experience in EW systems and operations (preferred).
• Experience analyzing, designing, and integrating ground based ELINT and EW systems (preferred). Familiarity with JIRA (preferred).
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, and other ESM software tools (preferred).
