Job summary

Grand Design RV, LLC is seeking a Customer Support Agent to be a primary contact for retail customers, dealer partners, and internal teams. You will provide customer support, technical assistance, service coordination, and warranty and recall administration, driving timely resolution of concerns and high-quality experiences.

This role works across departments to support dealer relationships, coordinate field service, process reimbursements, and maintain accurate CRM records while upholding Grand

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• RVIA Certification with previous RV experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient typing and computers (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries by phone, email, or other channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Create, maintain, and update customer and dealer cases in company systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and product guidance to customers and dealers.
• Review and process dealer service requests and pre-authorizations.
• Coordinate field service, recalls, and warranty-related activities as needed.
• Manage reimbursements and service-related claims and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes in CRM systems.
