• Install & configure hardware, software, mobile devices
• Provide onsite & remote IT support
• Support executive/VIP meetings & AV setups
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, AD, MECM issues
• Maintain asset tracking & documentation
• Travel to remote offices when required
• Hardware & network troubleshooting
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license & ability to travel
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 are a big plus
