Job summary

Sutherland Global is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented professionals to support streaming customers from a home-based setting. You will engage with callers, troubleshoot streaming on phones and TVs, and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for guest experience.
• Experience with streaming and basic troubleshooting on devices (phones, smart TVs, etc.).
• Basic PC keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support customers of a major streaming service from home.
• Troubleshoot streaming issues and provide explanations to users.
• Document interactions and resolve inquiries while maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
• Experience with streaming to include basictroubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
