Job summary

Rittal LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Urbana, OH. You will serve as a primary resource for customers on products, orders, and services, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a positive experience.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving are essential as you use company systems to support customers and business objectives. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or additional training preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recommend replacement products or services based on customer requirements.
• Provide alternative product options for discontinued or out-of-stock products.
• Manage open orders proactively using RLGL to resolve blocked orders.
• Accurately process cancellation requests for standard products.
• Maintain and apply basic technical knowledge of Rittal products.
• Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up actions are completed.
