Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist at our Minnesota Branch in Hudson, WI. You’ll build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills are essential.
• Customer service experience is a plus, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using company systems.
• Provide product recommendations and answer questions on pricing and shipping.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and offer Uline solutions.
• Assist customers with navigation of Uline's website and ordering.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
