Job summary

Uline in Irving, TX is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver legendary service by building strong customer relationships and providing effective solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive training to set you up for long-term success.

You will handle orders, answer questions about products, pricing and shipping, and assist customers via phone, email and chat. Training occurs Monday–Friday, after which various shifts begin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you if you are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using world-class technology.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.

Full-Time Hours

Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available.
