Insight Global is hiring a remote (Bilingual in Spanish) Client Relations Coordinator for an online healthcare education platform.

• Full time – Monday–Friday 8‑4:30 PM PST or CT

• Base pay: $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr (equivalent to $55‑$59k salary)

Job Description

This role reports to the Associate Director of Customer Relations and will operate as a client support specialist, handling incoming calls, emails, and chat communications from patients, practitioners, and students in the healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Handle 100–200 incoming calls, emails, and chats per week.
• Troubleshoot end‑user issues interacting with healthcare clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and support tools.
• Collaborate with client accounts, membership, and clinical staff teams.
• Contribute to process improvement and product knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role supporting client accounts, memberships, or end‑user support.
• Remote work experience.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Associate’s degree.
• Experience with HubSpot, CRM, Box, Airtable, or Asana.
• Experience supporting clinical staff and physicians.
