Job description

A Customer Support Specialist provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help resolve sales-related issues, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping problems, and manage customer accounts. Sales specialists utilize technical expertise regarding products and processes to achieve results and build long-term client relationships. To deliver best-in-class support, a sales support specialist must have extended knowledge of identification portfolio regulations. They are process experts in identification legislation within the client’s country, adjusting printing codes as needed. A Customer Support Specialist guides clients through each step of the sales process and MTO product creation, resolving concerns and questions while ensuring efficient processing, tracking, and shipping of orders. They also possess extensive product portfolio knowledge, acting as trusted advisors regarding product variations.

Role's responsibilities

The specialist responds to customer complaints and inquiries. They work closely with customers, sales, and marketing, providing professional support and interacting with internal and external clients to process orders efficiently. Responsibilities include providing telephone and online support (via email or web chat), supporting production by answering questions and ensuring proper information transfer, issuing sales and export documents, providing price calculations, and preparing samples. Offer preparation is also part of their routine tasks.

Education: University degree, preferably with relevant specialization.
